RP Singh Parmar, resident of Old Housing Board, has been told in the complaint sent to the Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Electricity Distribution Company Pvt. Ltd. Bhopal. According to the first information received under the Right to Information of Morena Division, such estimates were approved under the supervised deposit amount, in which the material of the company was to be returned. Without taking the material back, the line was handed over to the work site and the payment has been received by the contractor. There are 70 such estimates of Morena Division I alone. It has been told in the complaint that why the work was not handed over to the place of work after the completion of the work by the Supervision Officer. If so why has the material not been returned?
